The apartment is in a complex on Cubanzestraße, it was built in 1996. The apartment has a spacious balcony.

You live in a 60 m² 4-room maisonette apartment on the 2nd floor.

The living room has a sitting area, three TVs, stereo, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen (4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher).

A bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with single beds each and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this holiday apartment.

Carport, balcony, barbecue area, washing machine and dryer can be found at the house.

In the apartment, wireless internet access is set up for you free of charge.

We rent our Cuba 3.6 with a laundry package per guest on request. This includes bed linen, shower towels and hand towels. The final cleaning is carried out by a cleaning company.

We charge €82.00 for the final cleaning.

• 400 meters for shopping or feasting.
• 800 meters to the beach.

At the end of Cubanzestraße at the sailing port is the recommendable local Vielmeer.
