    We have put together a few rules for holidays with dogs. Our experience so far is that these rules are actually a matter of course for all dog owners.

  • Which payment method is provided?

    Please transfer a deposit of 20% of the rental price to our account within 8 days of receiving the rental confirmation (see reservation slip). The remaining payment is made 28 days before departure to the same account. If the payments are not received on time after our rental confirmation has been sent, we are obliged on behalf of the landlord to cancel your reservation after a one-time unsuccessful reminder.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?

    If there is an accommodation or travel ban due to the pandemic, you can cancel free of charge.

    There is a QR code on the Fritzbox (router) next to the sofa and balcony door. Scan the code and follow the on-screen instructions.
